Handed over but was paid in full

When Planet fitness opened up in Westwood mall end 2014, Durban, they advertised R199pm, when I went in to sign up my wife & myself for a full year, I was advised that a full year membership could be charged to my Edgars account by Kelvin, all good & well. I enquired if there were any other charges or costs etc, he advised that the full cost would be charged to my Edgars account. I have received a call this morning from Saya recoveries advising that I have been handed over and in 7days will be listed on ITC. Further more my wife & I both have not used the gym at all for the entire membership, check your login system. I was told that the full membership was charged to my Edgars account, so how can my account possibly be in arrears, nobody even bothered to pickup the phone & call me, instead I get a call from their recoveries which effects my reputable name! Absolutely ****ed off!!
