Handed Over Bad Attitude With External EDC

I really don't understand why my GYM Account get handover for which I asked to be closed as I stopped going to gym due to me relocating I made it clear to the consultants that I want this account to be closed and he said yes is gonna be closed but is not.<br> <br> After sometime you getting a horrible call from Legal Call center accusing you for the payment of a gym. <br> <br> Planet fitness is a big GYM company to gave us such horrible service. Am paying to go to the gym not just for a fun of it and if am no longer going there, Someone refused to cancel my membership that's nonsense.<br> <br> Also try to get more professional EDC to do external collections as the lady Called me she was very very bad she doesn't respect customers am not gonna pay a cent on this account.
