HANDED OVER AFTER I CANCELLED MEMBERSHIP IN ADVANCE

I am a very furious women at the moment because my husband Mr. Mac Vay was a member at the Planet Fitness in Bedfordview and because of circumstances beyond our control we had to cancel the membership which my husband emailed a letter through to the Planet Fitness team in Bedfordview which they apparently did not receive. I am highly disgusted because instead of phoning and asking why the debit order was returned we were handed over without any notification.

So, I need to know where Planet Fitness followed procedure, where did they follow Credit Act rules stating the steps that needs to be followed before just handing a client over who had cancelled long before the debit order was supposed to go off.

I am prepared to go to the Newspapers and Hello Peter about this because I see on Hello Peter Planet Fitness has one terrible reputation.

This matter better be rectified because if my husband is being handed over unnecessary than I will in my Senior Capacity sue Planet Fitness for not taking the correct steps.

Not one consultant or member of Planet Fitness phoned to hear what the problem is. They phoned yesterday my husband asked the person nicely please phone my wife because she is authorized to deal with all the matters.

No just get a snotty SMS from Planet Fitness to say the account was handed over.

Your URGENT attention as CEO is appreciated because this is totally unacceptable.
