Handed over account

I joined Springs Planet fitness justgym via vitality on March 2019 that’s when I found out I owe cancellation fee ( which was not communicated with me) of Rustenburg planet fitness justgym , then they discounted that cancellation fee to 50% and I paid it On the 22nd of March 2019 and send the proof or payment to *** and they transferred my account from Rustenburg and allow me to gym with them . Then today after 8 month I see an email from *** ( the collectors) no communication with me No calls nothing and yesterday I was at the gym it’s normal my gym tag allows me to gym while my account is on collector, this is ruining my credit record!!!
