Gymming membership not sorted out

<p>I have been at planet fitness since January 2016 and joined as a normal member. In the beginning of April i joined the multiply programme of momentum and asked to be changed over filled in the forms and the end of April this was still not sorted out, after numerous phone calls to the club and head office i was told to come in and sign forms again, again waited and nothing sorted out, some more phone calls and was asked again to come in refilled all forms and was told it would be sorted before next debit order date, after receiving confirmation sms that my debit order would only be 250 I again was charged the full monthly fee, of 640. Really don't know how difficult this could be. This is now really becoming ridiculous. </p>
