Gym with no shawers & drinking water

Let me 1stly say when you join a health you always expect basic things to be available, things like showers & drinking water.

But at this gym drinking water is no longer available. And they are closing showers at certain times, this is not healthy at all because some of have to go to work after gym, and because this gym is located at a mall / shopping centre we always go inside shops to buy stuff after workout. But if showers are closed how are they expecting us to do our shopping after workout. Wasn’t this one of their reason why they have located their gym at the mall. This is not healthy at all & I believe it’s also not a right way to treat customers. We understand Cape Town is currently running out of water, but things can go on like this.
