Gym taking my money !

I have a gym account which expired for many months now and I cannot cancel it because the I am not the main member of this membership, however I am responsible for payments and I have been paying this for probably over a year as it is being debited from my bank account. I have made requests to call centers on how to resolve this and no one has yet helped me . So planet fitness will charge me for a membership I'm not using till I'm dead . I am currently not even employed and still have to make means to pay this. I am so agitated with this kind of service !
