GYM NOT OPEN

<p>I called the call centre a day ago and the agent was so ***********. She put me on hold for almost 10 minutes. All that just to upgrade my membership. I decided to let it go until today I went to gym in Arcadia. The gym was not open. People were standing outside the gym for hours even. No sms, no email, nothing. We had no clue why this happened. I had to pay for my parking to get out, and phone a friend to get a shower. This is totally unacceptable. I feel like cancelling my membership but Planet Fitness will tell me that I need to pay the remaining months in advance,... why? Had a horrible start to my morning</p>
