Gym not a pleasant experience at Planet Fitness Bedfordview anymore

After many years of being a loyal customer and going through my initial contract of 3 years and being on a month-to-month basis for a long time, I have decided to cancel my membership with Planet Fitness Bedfordview. This has been building up for a while, but today was the last straw.

I basically went to the CGM, Jason and asked if he can please change the music, as the music that was playing sounded like the type of music I have heard drug addicts listen to. At some point it sounded like a *** was being slaughtered.

Even with my earplugs in my ears I could clearly hear it. He point blank refused and said he has no control over it.

This cannot be true as I have heard them change the music and even the volume while I was in the gym.

The second reason is that their general staff, the ones who collect weights and do cleaning, very often gather in little groups and are extremely disrespected by being very loud; no respect for customers trying to concentrate on what is supposed to be a fun experience, they are simply loud and disruptive.

This is often also true of the trainers they employ; I have often walked out of the gym and left without any training session because of the excessive noise levels.
