Gym membership cancellation

<p>I have been unhappy with the services at Planet Fitness Westwood for a while and decided to cancel my contract however i appear to go to voicemail when i call the customer care services. Please may i ask my gym membership me cancelled as soon as possible as i have already sourced another gym</p>
