Gym Membership Cancellation

<p>So, I signed up for a gym membership early this year which I never really got an opportunity to use (go to gym). I then decided to cancel the membership around May/June and informed the PE Branch. They then informed me that I need to contact JHB Head Office as they do not do any cancellations. So, I contacted the branch ad spoke to Perpetual who promised to send me cancellation forms to pay off the penalties. I was happy to do so but never got the forms. I had to contact her again and she was just very rude and disrespectful. When I asked her why am I still getting Debit Orders for this membership (that I never even used) after I informed her in writing and telephonically that I want it cancelled. She told me that many members call them to cancel Memberships but change their minds a few days down the line that is why my membership wasn’t cancelled. I demanded to speak to her Superior - Natasha who also assure me that they will send me the breakdown of what I need to pay to cancel. Till this day, they are still deducting money from m account. I contacted them again last month and literally got the same story from a different person yet I still haven’t received the forms yet and am still paying the membership fee. </p> <p>Now my main concern is, I have been paying these fees for months now after requesting a cancellation.
