Gym Membership

Took out a Gym membership in 2011 and paid upfront for 3 years....family membership. Got an email from some SAYA recoveries demanding money from me of R 4600.They say I had an auto renewal on the contract of which i'm not aware of and the salesman did not inform us of this and the contract was still running form March 2014. I have moved in 2014 and received no correspondence from Planet fitness regarding this.There is no way I will pay this money even if I have to go to court for this.No services was rendered therefor no payment is due.
