Gym Fee Query not being attended to after 2 months

Good day, It is 2,5 months later and my query is still not sorted. I am a Sanlam reality member therefore I should be paying R65 for myself and R65 for my husband. This is the only reason I joined the gym. This is frustrating as R199 has been going off since March and now in June R279.

March R199 – R65 =R134 April R199 – R65 =R134 May R199 – R65 =R134 June R279 – R65= R214 Asif was dealing with this and last week when I asked for him, I was told he was no longer employed at Planet Fitness.
