Gym contract expired, Planet fitness won't cancel my contract!!!

Wow these people are CLEARLY a bunch of ******** been trying to cancel my contract for the last 3months but now one is able to assist. Worst part is my 2year contract ended in February already. Wow it's so easy to sign up yet one can't cancel. Been sent from pillar to post, NO help whatsoever!!!
