Gym contract dispute

Gym contract dispute I entered into a contract with planet fitness, but the consultant mislead me into signing a contract which I never got a copy of. They are now charging me double the amount and an additional levy for use of the gym. They refuse to refund me back my money. Who can I take this up with ( the gym just says they cannot change it on their side) what is the legal route to follow?
