<p>Good day.</p> <p>A week ago I called planet fitness to move me to a black tag. So my request is in, I got a email my query has been closed. Called for the 3th time, every one said something else I didn't pay Nov.2015 I owe R1000 then with ny second call I own Feb.2016 R330. I emailed my bankstatement tuns out I don't owen them anything they blocked my tag. Every morning I need to explain why my tag isn't working they take my time from gym as you know lifes a rush! They said it will be on in 72hours tomorrow is a weeks time. Back to square one I haven't reseved my black tag.</p>
