Grossly Negligent!

Pathetic, I have been complaining about the Plattekloof branch for the last 5 weeks. I wanted to cancel 4 weeks ago after being there for just a week. I logged a call to the call centre saying that me and my partner both want to cancel, we were told to wait so we can see if we can get them to sort out the equipment that is in a horrible state even after my partner experiencing a fall due to one of their benches braking as a consequence of poor maintenance we said fine lets see what they come up with. Now I am told my contract can be cancelled on the 27th but my partner will have to wait another month meaning we would have to go to two different gyms. PLEASE AVOID PLANET FITNESS AT ALL COSTS they have a lot of T&C's that are not explained to you when signing up and always pretend to want to help but never actually do.
