Greenstone - Rude staff

Planet Fitness Greenstone. Shocking customer service at the front desk. Literally will flat out ignore you and then if you say anything they try explain ame completely talk down to you, amazingly rude. Then you ask for the manager and of course none are available, then you ask for a name and you get a first name. This is Gugu from Greenstone. The manager has clearly zero expectations from his staff if this is where way they behave. Manager if you read this maybe train your staff or fire them cause there are many unemployed people that would do a better job.
