Greedy *******!

Both my husband ans I received a phone call from Planet Fitness at the end of Sep 20 to ask if we would like to continue our contract ans both of us said not thank you. I was surprised to see that my account has been debited for the past 6 months for our fees, when I queried it, they ‘suddenly’ could not find the phone records. They informed me that my contract has gone on to month to month basis. They refused to reverse the payment Then they debited another month fees before cancelling. They are ******* and their greedy little fingers are to happy to take and take. I wonder how much month they make on a monthly basis from people that thinks their contracts are done? Don’t trust them!!!
