Greedy gym and *** service

I have been cancelling my membership for the past two months. Each time they say it's cancelled. Last month they deducted and not surprised at all this month they deducted again. What is surprising is that I call them every week to confirm cancellation. I even have proof of their dysfunctional AI whatts app. I want my money back asap for both September and October.
