I sent an email requesting to cancel my membership on 25 March, I was made aware that my last payment will be 1 April, because there is a 1 month notice period to cancellation of contracts.

Planet fitness even acknowledges that they have a recording where it is stated that I will have my last instalment on 1 April, yet they are still charging me the monthly fee!
