Great service until you signed on then useless

So I cancelled my subscription as I would have worked away alot with my new company that I started for... Then I was informed I will only be working away later in the year so I called Planet Fitness again asking them to not cancel my subscription and also do not deduct the penalty as I won't be canceling my subscription.

And as alway everything was deducted and my monthly membership fee with the cancellation fee and my subscription is still active... I called them emailed them and no response what so ever. Like honestly is it that had to find a reliable honest company still in this place.
