Great experience with staff member Dewald Loock at Planet Fitness Silverlakes

A big shout out and thank you to Dewald Loock who helped me sign up at the new Silverlakes Planet Fitness,who was not only kind but also very thorough and attentive to my needs. He gave me a detailed tour and willingness to provide additional information and assistance for the future demonstrate a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service. Overall, I am very pleased and excited to be working out here and Dewald has provided me with a great feeling of safety as a female client.
