Great environment, terribly long working hours

<p>I was a sales consultant at the Planet Fitness in Centurion.</p> <p>The staff members there are great!! The atmosphere is excellent.</p> <p>However, the working hours are very long. Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. 09h00 - 19h00 on most days.</p> <p>The commission structure is low. Most departments could be paid better for the hours they work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Overall, cutthroat sales environment. It will teach you a lot. Good learning experience.</p>
