Give me my 4 months back

I was called by planet fitness Bedfordview in December to ask me why I cancelled my contract. I told them I hadn't, the man called then investigated to find out that it was because I had turned 25 that my student contract was not longer valid and that it would be cancelled.

5 months later without being informed, my parent's account was still be debited, the student account amount. I lost 5 months of training and sought out cheaper gyming at wits. Now I've been forced to pay to accounts, while under the impression that planet fitness had cancelled my contract.

I demand this to be fixed. You guys have been useless to my mom and now after giving me incorrect information useless to me, technically *****ing from me without telling me that my contract would still be valid for another 6 months. Managers have emailed me useless information. *
