Ghost membership

Hello Peter Please be careful and stay away from Planet fitness gym. They are ******, in 2021 I went to Springs branch to inquire about their gym but the gentleman in there made me to unaware join the gym. 2 years later I got calls from collectors mind you I was unemployed. I stated and tried to ask them many times that I have never joined the gym they said I am owing R15000.00. Last year I reported this matter here in hello Peter they phoned me and advised that I should rejoin the gym to cancel my membership, I rejoined still deducting money from my Capitec bank but then when I phoned them to cancel again they said I am not an active member. okay then recently I am having collectors phoning me again that I am owing the gym who is fooling who I have a witness of money being deducted from my account for their fault. Please I need help as soon as possible please remove my name from your members list, all my cousins who are members at this gym I am going to tell them to withdraw their membership from this ******. Please solve this asap.
