get your act together planet fitness

Ive been very patient, for more than 6 weeks now. Planet fitness in plattekloof as an error took R850 out of my account for no reason. I went to planet fitness to raise this issue and they said I have to get proof from the bank. That I did. I went back and they said they will phone the call centre and refund the money back into my account. Needless to say I am still waiting and this is absolutely frustrating. I am sure if the roles were reversed you would have made sure that I paid any outstanding amounts immediately. Why must i fight for money that is rightfully mine? This is absolutely unacceptable and I sincerely hope this matter will be resolved as I will take action if not
