General Admin Pathetic

Since joining PF I've just had terrible experiences regarding admin. No one informed of contract continuing and fees not paid and since rejoining few months ago wrong account details have been used resulting in returned debit orders, extra fees, debit order going off that I don't even know about and the embaressment when being turned away because of account not paid again due to PF's fault! Most people I've spoken to have had the same experience...SO SlCK OF THIS! All personel however at clubs and call centre very helpful and friendly. Sorry to the poor girl I just yelled at but can't take this any longer.
