Garbage place, garbage system. Do not go here if you want a gym that values you.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ETHICAL TREATMENT. PLANET FITNESS EMPLOYEE MISLED ME AND **** IN ALL WAYS POSSIBLE TO GET ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT.

Went to get a contract, spoke to an employee who told me I could get a contract that allows me to go to any gym and cancel at any time with no incurred costs. I confirmed this verbally (which is legally binding) and was happy with the price so I took the contract.

Turns out none of that was true, and I can only visit the "Just Gyms", most of which are too far to even bother with. I let that go, and a few months later asked to cancel my contract. I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee of over R 2 000.

Everything they told me was a lie, and the administration is SO BAD they can't even sort it out. Hours of trying to get in contact with the right people ended up with them just leading me in circles. Found out about Hello Peter today and decided they were worthy of this review.

Useless place, useless employees, useless management.
