Frustrating New Access System
I’ve been a loyal member for a while, but the new buddytag access process has made visiting the gym a real hassle. It’s not convenient at all and definitely not what I signed up for. The extra admin and back-and-forth to get in defeats the purpose of a quick and easy gym visit.
I go to the gym to train — not to deal with unnecessary procedures that make entry complicated. Planet Fitness should focus on improving the workout experience, not creating more obstacles for members.
Very disappointed with this new system.
