Frustrated

I have been trying to cancel my account with planet fitness since the day after I signed up for their membership. I called the day after I had signed the contract to cancel and 2 months later I am still getting billed and dealing with staff that send me from the one end to the other. I do not even have a tag but they are still billing me.
