Fruad

<p>I signed up for a 24 month contract with Planet Fitness Platinum. 12 months into my contract, they began a debit order off my boyfriends account. I had never authorised this. I had paid for the contract myself and provided my bank details. Not to mention I am pretty sure that is ******* considering he never provided authority to do so and we are not married or share an account. I suspect they did this to hide the deductions from me.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />To add salt to the wound, I see they escelated the deduction by 25% from one month to the next without notification again.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Worst of all is that if they had any form of training they might have been able to right these wrongs. Instead I have had the worst service and have had to chase them on every fine detail for over a month.</p> <p>This is not a premium service, do not waste your money!</p>
