Frozen account not attending needs

Bad bad bad!!!!! Asked to freeze my account in August frozen my account today after I pay more then needed now I'm rejected at the club I always make full payments more actually!!!! I don't want to be a member anymore will never make any payment ever!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! ALSO DONT CALL WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO CALL BACK!!!!! MACGREGOR JACK assisted me and did not do as I wanted and why could this consultant not see when I make payment and that I pay actually more then I should to cover any fees I always make a eft payment!!! Very unhappy
