From okay to ******* after move.

App**** for a gym membership at the springs justGym branch, staff were great and explained everything clearly and effectively. The gym was also in great condition. I enjoyed my time there.

However this is not the case for the call centre and Northmead gym. Trying to move over my membership was a nightmare and got basically ignored for 3+ months. After that they almost double your per month billing for a gym that is arguably 3x smaller than the justGym variate. The gym is also badly organised in terms of exercise equipment. After that attempting to cancel the contact is even worse, they will ignore your emails, tell you stories once the call centre decides to call you and make empty promises.

My account was supposed to be settled already. But they keep dragging the progress out in order to add more fees.

There's better gyms out there, the justGym are okay, but avoid the "big" gyms. They are not worth it in my opinion.
