From flagship to sinking Titanic

I am sad to write this today about Planet fitness Wanderers but once you run out of options guess one has to do this.Spinning/Spinning instructors:A couple of months Les Mils was introduced into the spinning class, what a disaster, taking up a perfectly good full class on Tuesday afternoon and just to where it stand today giving it to a man named GUY who is every time late, then makes a big joke about it and then gives spinning on an aerobic cd (les Mils now non existing), also has no idea what he is doing, yesterday (17/02/2015) five people walked out of his class. Before \GUY and Les Mills""; why do you change something that worked perfectly?? Spinning bike up keeps; week after week we as members get promised that the bikes will be fixed by management and promised that the cleats will be replaces; please if you need me to come test the bikes I will come assist;please can we have this sorted with the correct parts and get the proper instructors back to do the classes.
