Free Visits ****

I signed a 36 month contract with planet fitness 3 years ago and paid the full amount on signing. I was offered 500 free visits if I paid the full amount. My contract expired this year and I had received no free visits. The sales manager informed me that it was an either/or contract. Basically my contract would expire after 3 years or 500 visits, whichever came first. This is not what the sales rep explained to me when i signed the contract.Please be careful you don't make the same mistake I did and believe these ******** salesmen. Planet fitness is useless
