Free trial not free. Don't be fooled.

Don't sign up for their free trial because it is not free. They take your banking details and just start debting your account. When you call them or go to see them the agent says dont cancel it otherwise.you will not get your money back at all. They took 8000 rands from my wife. I have been promised the refund from the regional manager who honestly is useless and doesn't reply to emails or calls. I finally got hold of him and he was not helpful. It's been 6 months and this issue is not resolved.
