<p>So Planet Fitness is running a promotion bring a friend for a week free if they join you get a month free as the member. 3 months later after a friend joining I am still waiting for my 1 month free.</p> <p> </p> <p>All they are about sales and no customer care. Why advertise something and promote something if you are not going to hold your end of the bagain. Not impressed and not happy at all. Service sucks 2 months ago husband changed banking details they are still debiting closed account after countless requests to get it changed. Honestly reconsidering renewing contract. Every client matters.</p>
