********** sales pitch

It is really disappointing for sales to sell you the world then have ********** tendencies. I was previously signed with virgin, Planet Fitness Krugersdorp called to sell me their product, virgin offered to give me further discounts so that I could stay, little did I know.

I was asked to sign some paperwork which has now been emailed to me to cover the bad administration happening.

The sales person who sold me this contract said she will put me on a special for 99 while she was sorting out my vitality only to my surprise I started getting 549 charges from November which when I queried in Jan because I didn't know who this was and my bank said it was planet. I was told I didn't sign a Vitality contract, So why would I leave virgin to donate my hard earned money to planet? Just because some sales person didn't follow up on thier promise to their client and thier internal paperwork

I asked for a refund which was promised but now I'm being sent automated emails to resolve my query

Where is your customer service Or like the sales manager in Krugersdorp said, unfortunately the loss of 1 customer is I significant because 100 people join daily So planet fitness doesn't care a lot about its customers
