********** information from Plant Fitness Ruimsig

I have disputed a ********** claim administrated by one of Plant Fitness’s sales consultant whereby my information and signature were falsified for them to get commission based on my supposed ‘agreement’. I have been left with an unknown debt that I have no recollection of while their administrative sales manager snarkingly gave me an attitude with poor customer service and incompetence. I feel violated and used while my sacred information was forged by an employee. This has been a year and still no communication has been made.
