********** deductions off account

In February 2014 I purchased a gym membership for my son for which I paid in full. Unfortunately he made the mistake of supplying his account details to them, so on 01/07/2014 a fee of R295 was deducted off his account. I spoke to the branch manager, George Wolfaardt and was informed that this was a mistake and that I need to speak to the Call Centre to log a query from where it will be resolved. The long and the short of the matter is that I have spoken to the following people without any results: the Call Centre including Jack McGregor who was supposedly the manager of the Call Centre
