********** deductions

I'm very angry as planet fitness started deducting my account with no authority and last month a consultant called me I did say I'm unemployed ,now today another lady calls me to tell me I must pay and I explain I'm not working and have no authority given for deductions that my bank cannot reverse ,I never authorized PLANET FITNESS TP DEDUCT MY ACCOUNT ITS ***** AS THEY ARE BUSY DEDUCTING MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAVENT AGREED
