********** debit order!

I did not agree to R 500/month debit order. I was sent an email in which I was told that I will be paying R179.80/month however R 500.00 was deducted at the beginning of this month. Reported the matter however the matter has not been resolved. I was given a lollipop to say that PF will offer me a discount however nobody called bak. Now the month is about to end and I will be charged R 500 again. I did not accept the R 500. I was paying R 119.80 a month! This is *****!
