********** debit order

I joined the gym 4 years ago, and has never had a levy deducted from my account on the 1st of December. Last year I got an email informing me of the levy that will be deducted. I went to the gym in November and asked to see my contract, but am still waiting to see it. I contacted the service centre and received an email that my inquiry is being investigated. Then nothing happened and I get an email saying that the case has been closed. <br> I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE MY CONTRACT! This delay is just confirming my suspicion that my levy deduction was ********** and I want my money back!!!
