********** CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

I took out a planet fitness contract for a period of 12 months and paid up front for it using my credit card my fiend also took a 12 month paid up front contract and I paid for his 12 months on the same day with my credit card, after 12 months planet fitness continued taking money off my credit card when I questioned it they told me the contract was an auto renewal so I then cancelled it, the next thing they continue deducting money from my credit card for my friends contract that I initially paid for up front for 12 months as he did not cancel his contract, I never gave permission for my details to be used after the initial 12 months on my friends contract. I have sent statements to them and numerous complaint e-mails, I have been told that I will be refunded and just today they took two more payments off my credit card without my permission. I am fed-up as this has now been going on for six months and I don't know who else to turn to please help Planet fitness is **********ly taking money off my credit card. Today a call centre agent told me that I wont be refunded please help
