********** Black Friday Contract

I subscribed to the Black Friday Membership 2017 at the Planet Fitness kiosk at Menlyn Mall. The consultant, Tamia, from the Glenfair branch informed me that the contract was R99 for 3 months and thereafter I could use my Discover Vitality Membership to get a reduced rate. I asked if I was obligated after 3 months to continue and I was told no. I was not bound by a contract. I asked if there were any fees that I would have to pay laterals I know that gym joining fees are very high. I was told no. It was just the R99 for 3 months and then the reduced Vitality rate. Now when my 3 month period is almost up, I contact the consultant Tamia to find out whether my membership will automatically convert to the Vitality rate or do I need to come in... I am told that I must come in and pay close you R2000 activation fee for the reduced rate. I of course very confused so I put the phone down and confirm with my husband who was with me when we signed up for the Black Friday special whether I'm tight that we were told that there were no additional fees. He agreed and confirmed that we made sure of that before we signed up. Now I contact the consultant to find out whether I need to notify the gym that at the end of the month my Black Friday term is up or would it cancel automatically... I am told that I must call the call center and pay a cancelation fee! I ask why, because I only signed up for 3 months. I am told no that I was supposed to continue with the vitality gym membership. Yet she told me on Black Friday that I was not obligated to continue after 3 months. All lies just to sign up so she received her commission! And when I called the call center and state my complaint, I am put on hold for almost 10 minutes... Ignored. This is absolute ********** sales of contracts. I was **** to just so a commission was earned and now no one will assist me. The consultant herself told me that she had clients in her office and would call me back... That was over an hour ago... I am absolutely disgusted.
