********** behaviour from PF

We have been trying to cancel our membership since 1 July. We managed to speak to someone in August but this cancellation was not done. We have been debited now. Planet Fitness are *****s and is trying to recover covid closure money from clients now. So disgusted with such behaviour. Stay clear of this ********** place. Wish we never joined Planet Fitness. Call centre is the worse I have ever come across.
