Planet Fitness is the the worse entity i ever had to deal with.Since being in contact with Dineo Mudise from customer service and Mzamo from customer retention i still don't have feedback as to why my cancelation or freezing of my membership email was not actioned on time before the double debit of R849 and in Nov 2020 and in Dec another R849. In Jan 2021 it has now gone down to R299 of which they still can't even explain as i am not paying for two members one and secondly one minute i am in long term contract and another minute i am on a month to month contract.I have been following up with planet-fitness since 2020 Nov 2020 and every time they get my feedback from hellopeter they make contact that is of no solution other than them try to de***** me of i quote we can give you a discount of 50% and we can write off the debt.Instead of taking accountability for not acting my cancelation request i am being de*****ed in broad day light.How pathetic is planet-fitness.
