Last year i sent a request to planet fitness to cancel my contract and requested a waiver on the settlement fee as i could not afford it .Today i receive a call from Saya Recoveries and a guy named Khathu Manthakha is threatening to blacklist me on the ITC if i dont pay the account which im not going to do .I called planet fitness only to be told that my account is still active with them which is utter nonsense .Why is the contract still active even after i have requested cancellation and not eeven been at the gym ???Can someone balance me here
