I wish I could give a zero. Absolutely appalled with Planet Fitness. I signed up for a 12 month STUDENT Contract (November 2017) and sent an email after the contract had concluded (15 January 2019) stating I CANNOT renew the contract after it had ended but low and behold they have been debiting money off my mom's account (she was paying as well I was a student) since then.

While they were quick to reply to me querying the new amount after 3 months (Black Friday Special) they failed to communicate that they received the cancellation. I then received emails saying "Dear Member" for the next two months (March 2019) and then nothing from there, thus I thought it had eventually been cancelled.

After logging in a query/complaint once we noticed the debit order recently (my mom's health isn't the greatest and does not have online banking) and we had the debit order reversed, Planet Fitness still had the audacity to phone and say we owe them money as we reversed the transaction.

This is absolutely disgusting that you still continue to ***** money from people regardless from all the complaints you have received. I am amazed you haven't been investigated yet.
